You Have To Choose Profitable Marketing To Be Profitable Online - Part 3

June 4th, 2008 Posted in Business

I’ll take an area with more competition over an area with low competition any day because high competition means there’re high profits. I’m not scared of the competition. I’ll just bite into that pie, be the very best at what I do, and people will be wiling to pay me more money to learn how to do it better because of the way that I deliver. I’ve kind of done that in the Internet marketing niche. The way that I deliver, the things that I teach people, creates results. There may be 10,000 companies out there teaching people how to do Internet marketing, but there’s only a handful of us that if you use our principles they actually work.

Because of that, we’re able to generate income because most of my income on a monthly basis is not created from first-time buyers. Most of my income is created because people that have already bought from me buy again. It’s funny, if I release a new e-book, if I do 100 sales on a brand new e-book, like 70 of those 100 sales will come from people who have already bought from me. That right there shows you that if people weren’t willing to continue buying, my income levels would be a lot lower. You’re going to find the very same thing. You’ve got to be able to service your existing customers. The only way to do that is to be the very best because if you’re not the very best, they’ll move on.

The next thing that you’ve got to do is you’ve got to ask yourself in this particular market are the people willing - if you have trouble with this, ask me what your niche is and we’ll talk about or you can shoot me an email after the call.

You want to make sure that your market, whatever your market is, has the opportunity to create a profit funnel. What this means is that after you sell a book. You start out with an e-book in your particular market, your market has to be able to support a $50 e-book. If it won’t support a $50 e-book, your market’s not a good market. If you can’t sell a $50 e-book in your market, you’ve got a bad market.
The next thing you’ve got to be able to do is see that the people in that market will want to learn more from you on a more personal basis in addition to that e-book. You can sell a CD series or CD programs for $300. If your market won’t support, if your market does not have people that are willing to learn more and spend two, three, four hundred dollars to learn more, your market’s probably not a good market.

If your market will only support people, if your market is poor starving students then you’re probably not going to be able to sell $50 e-books. You’re probably not going to be able to sell $300 CD sets. If you can’t do that, your market is not going to make you $15,000 a month. There we are with choose a market.
