No More Hard Closing

January 31st, 2008 | No Comments | Posted in Business

It’s 4:30 pm, I’ve been up since 4:30 am. I am tired and can barely keep my eyes open
but it doesn’t matter.

The evening rush of members are about to fly through the doors,
fires will need to be put out and members will
have to be closed on training whether they want it or not.

I need to be on, filled with energy and motivation
not only for myself but for 30 other personal trainers. Alas, so is the day in the life of a Personal Training Manager.

With a successful wealth building strategy comes the understanding of what kinds of diversification offer you the protection you need from taking great losses in the short and long term. As far as courage goes when it comes to wealth building, many people tend to be like the cowardly lion from the Wizard of Oz.

January 31st, 2008 | No Comments | Posted in Internet

The complete package is essential when it comes to affiliate marketing. Having drive, perseverance and diligence is great. It is even better to have all the technical bells and whistles like a good website, autoresponder, a squeeze page and a saleable website items. The key is getting traffic to the site so those visitors convert to customer sales. All the perseverance in the world and a pretty website mean nothing if customers are not visiting the site. Nothing can burst your bubble more quickly than seeing no sales after a couple of months of diligent work. Some may even quit the first week of trying to drive sales to the site.

The 24 June 1932 Coup - The End To Absolute Monarchy In Thailand

January 31st, 2008 | No Comments | Posted in Arts and Entertainment

It is widely believed that the 1932 coup was the first coup in Thailand. It wasn’t; the first coup was in 1912, when a group of junior officers, fired by the Chinese revolution a year earlier, tried to seize power. They failed. The 24 June 1932 coup, however, succeeded and brought an end to absolute monarchy in Thailand.

The seeds of the 1932 coup were first being sown in the early 1920’s, during the reign of King Rama VI or King Vajiravudh (1910 – 1925). That was when Thailand started experiencing severe fluctuations in rice production which had a severe impact on state revenues. Coupled with extravagant state expenditures, this caused a huge trade deficit and foreign debt.

Stopping Water Leaks In A Concrete Basement Crack

January 30th, 2008 | No Comments | Posted in Home Improvement

Many owners of homes wish to finish their basements. This allows them to increase the home’s living space and increase resale value. Unfortunately, many basements have cracks that allow water to enter the living space. Before you remodel your home’s basement, you must ensure that no water gets through a foundation crack and gets the insulation, studs and carpet wet.

Why Cracks Happen

Concrete foundations crack. In fact, it is very rare in modern homes to find a foundation that does not have cracks in it. Cracking is a normal process of the concrete curing. As the concrete cures it shrinks. This shrinkage causes stresses that must be relieved by the concrete cracking. Your contractor knows this and places steel reinforcing bars (rebar) inside the wall to maintain the strength of the concrete foundation.
