A final reason why this helps you to lose weight is because these small meals along with protein shakes helps to contain your blood sugar levels so they DON’T GO HAYWIRE and crazy causing sugars to become fat on your body.
These smaller meals also help to control your food cravings and any bad snacking habits you may have.
So what you should do is have your normal meals, just make them smaller. Then compensate by using protein shakes as small meal replacements. Doing that will allow weight to effortlessly disappear from your body without having to give up foods you like.
