1. Breakfast starts the day off right
You just got up from sleeping, a mini-fast. Your body needs nutrients and calories immediately. Especially protein. So for this diet, you’ll need to eat eggs. I prefer 3-4 scrambled eggs. This gets you the protein and fills you up.
